About Me

My name is Zac Worth. I am a recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in journalism and a minor in political science. I am eager to start my career in the field of broadcast journalism, live event production, or marketing.

The bulk of my experience with media production comes from my time operating as the General Manager for Bearcast Media. Bearcast Media is UC's student-run media production outlet. Everything from sports to radio to photography, Bearcast does it all. Before taking over as the organization's leader, I previously worked as our television director overseeing a department known as BTV. It was with that department that I produced the majority of my content, both in front and behind the camera. Throughout my time as BTV director, I produced seven different shows, starred in four, and worked on the crew of countless others. In addition to my work in BTV, I have also aided in the creation of various documentaries, worked on short-form content for our social media pages, did photography for events such as the 2023 Women's Crosstown Shootout, and much more.

I also completed an internship for ICRC-TV. With them, I worked on television broadcasts of everything Cincinnati, from local sporting events to concerts. I was responsible for a multitude of positions required for a television broadcast, included but not limited to directing, camera work, graphics, live switching, replay, set-up and tear-down, and coordination.
